The IRMOEX is a mobile outdoor irrigation boom designed for professional use in outdoor nursery production areas. The system brings the proven technology of Urbinati's indoor irrigation booms to outdoor spaces, providing precise and automated irrigation for crops grown outside greenhouses.

The central support frame can feature a single or double pole, facilitating the movement of trolleys across the field. The irrigation boom reaches a working width of 35 metres with excellent operational stability. The new patented recoil wheel on bearings, combined with a suspended hose trolley, eliminates problems associated with dragging the hose along the ground, prevents kinking and significantly extends the service life of the hose.

All Urbinati irrigation booms can be operated by remote control, available in two models: EASY — with basic functions, and MOD-REM2 — for complete system management. Both are radio transmission devices with an operating range of 250 metres, allowing a single remote to control up to 240 irrigation booms. The system supports individually programmable inter-zone irrigation cycles — the number of steps and speed for each zone can be configured separately.
